Our shop/lab space is currently located in the lofted space above our sister store Melinda Gail where Melinda creates her spiritual art and gifts. Don’t be deterred! Walk through the white light to find the green forest. HSSS is hiding, just like our fungal friends
Some of our classes take place in the gorgeous Golden Gate park that is right next to the shop. Mushrooms are everywhere.
Our 3 year plan has the retail side of our business moving onto Haight St. Our educational courses, community meetings and events will mainly be held at our Hayes St. location.
Our building is a post 1906 earthquake residential/commercial property that was completed in the 1910. The storefront was originally a Shoe Repair (cobbler) shop and then as one of the Art Studios/Galleries of acclaimed African American artist Eugene E White .
